So critics ain't as good as those out there. Singaporeans still can't accept that local production is worth the money to watch on the big screen.
They can't be blamed.
I was first attracted to the show by its captivating melody. Next, I saw Lilin. And then I looked for the composer of the music. Ricky Ho he was. Too bad, song not his.
Ryuichi Sakamoto's Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence seems to be the original singer.
Singaporean lose confidence once more in something they thought they could be proud off once more.
This seems to be a good show with interesting storyline, I hope, pray, hope again and pray once more. I might be watching it with no company, obviously.
Will I find someone to watch the show again 4 years again on Feb 29? Haha.
