I'm supposed to be damn shag now lar... But I haven't gotten over the excitement at The Chamber Bar & Bistro after watching the final showdown of Manchester United FC against Chelsea FC. This is the first time Chelstea got into the final and when Manchester United gets the win, they would have achieved the doubles for the year! I didn't get to sit in to watch the game but watched it sitting outside the place. The ambience was good for soccer fans with its big tv and the fans. Didn't managed to make reservation in time but still it was good to enjoy the game with fellow Man Utd fans and those Chelsea fans.

Man United drew first blood and Ronaldo got a header in after a great setup by Owen and Brown. The ball was floated in from Brown to be finished by Ronaldo, leaving Cech helpless.

Man United had plenty of attacking chances with a chance blocked twice after a header by Tevas and a follow-up place shot by Carrick. Cech did well in that situation. Tevas missed one chance too after Rooney found space to put a low cross into the box. He just wasn't there in time.

Chelsea did got a goal back toward the end of the game, scoring one from mistake. Lampard was the scorer after a deflected shot by Essien found its way to the scorer. 1-1 into half time and its back to square one.

There was plenty of chances by both side with mainly attacks only from Chelsea. Manchester United was however saved twice by the woodwork. Once by Drogba and another by Lampard... There was sending off of Drogba for slapping Vidic in the face. Scholes was punched or elbowed in the face. Very eventful.

What really was bad for the heart was during the penalty. C.Ronaldo missed the third penalty after Tevas and Carrick. Ashley Cole's shot was almost blocked during the fourth penalty. It was then that I thought the game was over. So, together with Kumar and Cherng, we used psychological luck theory and pretends to walk off to break the nerves and hopefully helps Man Utd in a way. But we still stopped and continue watching after our third step off. We jumped and hug and scream and shout and everything when Terry missed the goal. Its like we won the game. And the roar of the cheers when Anelka missed his penalty. I am sure we woke up those residents staying around The Chamber. I am sure we did... If it was so crazy at The Chamber, I couldn't imagine what is going on at Crab Shack. Most people don't understand the passion of soccer fans. But I do...
