I feel feverish. Is 36.9 degree a fever? Damm... I think I will go sweat it out. I do not wish to fall sick at this moment...
But...
Nothing beats watching the game of
Manchester United FC against Liverpool FC
with 2 of my best buddy (Both Man U fans) at Brewerkz. Being the only 3 Man U fans in between a pool of Liverpool fans, we knew we were in danger. We were noisy and eyes were staring but we didn’t care. With our plates and cups all ready to fly, we were prepared for battle thus continuing the loud cheering.
The IPA (India Pale Ale) tasted so much finer and the Seafood Spaghetti tasted heavenly fantastic while watching the game. I was sure they didn't taste so good in the past.
Sir Bobby Charlton marks the 50th anniversary of his debut, honored before the kick-off while Scholes made his 500th match appearance with a goal in the net. What cheers me most was definitely a goal from Rio Ferdinand. He did it without his head! A brilliant strike from him!!! 2-0!!! FT!!! Can UUUUU win them!!! No one would have believed that only 3 Man U fans were cheering. They would have thought Brewerkz brought the whole Old Trafford’s spectators over!!!
On a side note, AS-23 FC lost 5-4 against Orange FC today at St Wilfred Field. We fought a tough battle but I am proud of the guys for playing hard and well despite the loss. I’m sure the team will claim a win in the next game with the standards they produced today. Hopefully the team will gather 14 players eager enough to take part in the next Espzen league season.
I wasted a Sunday but I will not regret it.
Sir Alex Ferguson grinned: 'I was so pleased for him. He really deserves it, in his 500th game and scoring in front of our biggest rivals.' A more modest Scholes commented: 'As long as the team win, it doesn't matter who scores the goals. If it's your 500th game or your 1st game, playing for Manchester United is a special thing.'
