Picture of the day

Life have been pretty dull lately. Not that nothing is happening but I am just starting to lose my sense of direction on where to go. I will sort it out, so no worries.

My mother was told that I was spotted at the Community Centre and so my mother asked her friend what was I doing there. Her friend gladly told her that she was not sure but I was hanging there on the wall. 'Simi?' ('What?') was my mother's reaction. Actually, my mom's friend saw my picture at the Community Centre. I attended a free bowling session sometime last year. It was an event held by the YEC of Jurong West Community Centre with invited guest Alvin Yeo, Mp for my district. And so I was the topic in the market for that day since my mom works there...

This weekend marks the end of the making of The Complaint Choir of Singapore as we will be performing at various location of Singapore for two days. Performance dates and venue are as below and if you happen to be free, do come give us some supports. :)

SAD TO SAY: Due to some problems with non Singaporeans not being able to perform, there will be no public performances but there will be private performances at The Chamber at The Arts House (Its at the Old Parliament House) at 3pm and 6.30pm on both day. Anything just call me (you should know my number if you are reading this). If not please call The Complaints Choir hotline at 9690 7453 and indicate you are a friend of Lance from The Complaints Choir. Cheerio~~

A few other things to note:

1) In case of rain, the outdoor performances will have to be cancelled,
and alternative arrangements will be made. We will then perform at
6.30pm at The Chamber at The Arts House for people who really want to
catch the Choir in action. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that
it'll be a sunny weekend! The weather is always erratic around this time
of the year...

2) We have set up a Complaints Choir Hotline, and anyone can call to
get updates of the performance venues and timings. For updates on the
venues and timings of performances, please call The Complaints Choir
Hotline at 9690 7453.

Oh, and for those of you who have been emailing to ask for the lyrics
and stuff :), do come for the performances - we will be giving out the
lyrics then!
