There has been a great depletion of late nights since the start of my job and seems like it is driving it to extinction. I speculate age as one of the contributing factor for this withdrawal symptoms. Late nights have always been an activity that draws tremendous energy which obviously was absent in me for the past months.

In past cases, late nights are the periods I felt most ‘emo’ and all those ‘pathetic emotional non real life stories’ usually emerge. Not tonight. I’m not in the least bit feeling haywire. The main reason I’m not able to do what I do best was due to the nap I took at 8pm. With a combination of a 6km run I had at 9pm after the nap, this became a better medicine then caffeine. Anyway, anyhow I seldom need it.

Can’t believe I’m watching 娛樂百分百 at this timing, something I haven’t been doing for a while. The worse part – listening to some new singers making some noise on tv… In the past months, I would usually wake up in the middle of the night say 3am or so to catch ancient SBC’s show.

Ris Low has been the infamous topic among Singaporeans. You speak to people regarding Melor and Parma in Manila fighting it out and trust me on it that most folks will have the least knowledge on what the hell I am talking about. On the other hand, you produce the noise ‘Boomz’ and everybody will catch what’s coming next.

How fortunate yet saddening that Ris Low will not be a Miss World representative for Singapore in the Land of Zebras and Leopards. I mean she obviously do have some looks for it and would definitely pack some punches if no Q&A is involved in the contest. I doubt the first runner-up Claire Lee that was involved in the gossip will be available as well… They seem to be prefect spokesperson for Melor and Parma in Manila, each trying to dictate one another with their wind speed yet both are not welcome.

In my opinion, Ris Low should really go through whatever she wants to speak before burping out whatever words that comes to her mind. Most Singaporeans aren’t that forgiving on her mistake and with entire netizen making a joke out of her, this storm won’t end that soon. If she makes another wrong move or utter another unwelcome remark, I would say she will make herself a legend.

On an ending note, I wonder how did they come out with names for the typhoons…
