'I'm Gen Y. Instead of complaining that they are misunderstood, Gen Y-ers should do all they can to gain the knowledge and skills they need to succeed at the workplace. With more knowledge, Gen Y-ers will be able to see a clearer picture. The skills that you learn will stay with you even after you venture off to a greener pasture.'

So this entry earn me a 9 course dinner at Ritz Carlton, Millenia, 10 min session with Mr Teo, one nice pen and a great deal of exposure. Been a while since I last felt nervous. I thought I just need to ask two questions and I get the meal. Then, I realise I need to make comments as well... I had want to back out but that is not my style. So I went ahead anyway and like what Melissa say, there is alway a first time and so I gave my first. At least I dare to fail... Though still embrassed but it was some experience.

Will I get another chance for such an experience?

And by the way, Cherng seem to be adjusting well and he did mention about forming a team when he comes back. That sort of make me feel alive. I have no problem with his planning skills as he is someone who gives his best when given a task so if he really meant what he said, I'm trilled.
