How bad can it get?

No organization will progress far with a board filled with weak leaders. A good leader have good situation awareness and makes the right decision at the needed moment. They are usually lucky because of the preparation they make beforehand. I am sad that the organization that sms to return is so bad. They have none of the minimum requirement I have listed. How long can I remain safe?
