Coach Carter
Its 2am now and I should be sleeping. I just finished watching Coach Carter and this is one god damm good show. It was one inspiring good show. It taught me that discipline, team work and education changes boy to man. I don't really see many people who do things to extreme for their student or people around them like carter did. Carter was determined to make a change in his players' lives and made each young man sign a contract that ensures he will maintain a 2.3GPA, attend each class, and wear a jacket and tie on game day. Obviously the students rejected the contract at first, but abided to signing it knowing they can do nothing about it. They start winning matches and when everything seems to be on the right track, carter receives awful progress reports of the players. He does the unthinkable by benching the entire team, locking up the basketball hall and not playing matches. The team learn and embrace their coach's philosophy even further. They learn not only their basketball skill but also respect for themselves, their oppenent and their game. I would definitely recommand this show to basketball lovers, movie lovers and actually everyone! Rating given by me: 8.9/10.
