Happy soul

Firstly, I am pissed that Xanga’s custom module is not allowing any javascipt to appear. Now my tagboard is not working and it is frustrating me plenty. The preview section in the tool editing is good but pretty laggy and worst thing of all, I don’t know how to switch the interface back to the ‘look and feel’ version. Damm.

Things have been pretty smooth for the couple of days. Some happenings I don’t wish to mention in the blog and some trivial stuff like having free food, free bowling, winning soccer and relaxing.

My Saturday was much unplanned. I had lesson in the morning which I was still thinking if I should attend prior 5 minutes of leaving the house. However, I had no regrets on attending the lesson as I did get some information I wanted. Grabbed some lunch with Jennifer and off home I went. During the journey, I received a call from someone I haven’t seen for a while. He asked me along for a swim which I agreed since I had no plans for the rest of the day. So I got home, changed and left home again. So there were two of them at the pool and I was really anticipating a swim. I even brought my goggles along! In the end, they only wanted to dip in the pool, suntan a bit. I did something I always thought was stupid in the end…

Anyway, they were 2 unhappy souls, at least deep down inside them. Reason? Both of them had just ended their one or two year relationship. We rattled nonsense throughout and they really just needed to do something to keep their mind occupied or at least tire them up so that they could sleep in the night. Anyway, I always believe time heals.

Another call came after my swim, requesting me to ‘report’ to chevron for free dinner and bowling! I initially rejected because it was rather tiring but after a few persuasion, I got home, changed once again and set off to chevron.

It was actually my area’s community centre BGM. I did one project with them but there was no outcome due to insufficient fund. I met up with many of the community members, got into some chats and had free bowling!!!

Finally, I got home in the night and enjoyed a boring game of Man. United against Birmingham City. Man. United won 1-0 but it was so boring, I was sleeping while the goal was scored. I want to watch goals like the game Portsmouth against Reading game. 11 hefty goals!!! I definitely won’t sleep with such game in progress. Now Man United is 2nd in the league and just a mention, Chelsea stands firm at the 8th position.

After postponing soccer for two weeks, I finally got to enjoy soccer yesterday. And after losing many games, we clinched a WIN! We fought back 2 goals after Nicholas netted both of them in ending his drought. I await more goals to come, obviously scored by my team into the opposition’s net. GO AS23 FC!!!

Had something else to blog but I better leave that to the next entry. It’s time to get back to work and work on my MR tutorial and BF points to be discussed later on in the day. Enjoy the day!!! Woohoo!
